Refund policy
Returns
Original paintings have a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days, from date of delivery, to request a return.
To start the return process please contact me at art@lizskelton.com. Please note that returns will need to be mailed to the following address: Unit 2, 54 Allen Street West, Waterloo, Ontario. N2L6H4. Canada.
You are responsible for return postage/shipping costs, including any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like print on demand products. They are created once you place an order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
